CES 2024 Ready to Kick Off With Exciting News From Nvidia
CES 2024 will commence from January 9, 2024, to January 12, 2024. During the event, NVIDIA will bring a few new things for gamers to look forward to. The CES this year will feature the following from NVIDIA:
GeForce RTX 40 Super Series ($599)
- The new GPUs include RTX 4080 SUPER that powers ray-traced games at 4K resolution.
- The new RTX 4070 Ti SUPER also arrives with a super-high frame at 1440p and 4K support.
- lastly, RTX 4070 SUPER arrives with 20% more cores than the average RTX 4070 and DLSS 3.
Generative AI with Millions of Tensor Core GPUs, LLMs, and Tools for RTX PC
NVIDIA has announced new generative AI performance for its new GPUs and AI laptops. The tech giant is also offering new tools to enhance PC experiences with AI: NVIDIA TensorRT acceleration of the popular Stable Diffusion XL.
NVIDIA and Developers Pioneer Lifelike Digital Characters for Games and Applications with NVIDIA ACE
NVIDIA introduced new microservices for its Avatar Cloud Engine (ACE). This allows developers tools and middleware to integrate state-of-the-art generative AI models. It also lets developers build interactive avatars using AI models such as the Audio2Face (A2F) and creates expressive facial animations from audio sources.
NVIDIA RTX Remix Open Beta
Previously, RTX Remix was limited to select early access modders. But from January 22, 2024, any modder can remix a compatible and classic game with the RTX Remix Application.
14 New RTX Games at CES
NVIDIA has stated that they will add more titles to the RTX games and creative apps list. These games include:
- Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition, the critically acclaimed sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, will be coming to PC this year with the Burning Shores expansion, accelerated by DLSS 3.
- Pax Dei is a social sandbox MMO inspired by the legends of the medieval era, where myths are real, ghosts exist and magic is unquestioned. Pax Dei will launch in early access with AI-accelerated DLSS 3 in Spring 2024, and will also be available in the cloud on GeForce NOW when it launches on PC.
- Diablo IV launched with DLSS 3 and immediately became Blizzard’s fastest-selling game of all time. It’ll be coming soon to the cloud on GeForce NOW. We are also pleased to announce that ray tracing is coming to Diablo IV this March.
