Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo 4 which just released this month, recently suffered a DDoS attack. But now that the game is up and running players can make good use of the valuable in-game information that the game's lead designer is sharing.
Diablo 4's lead class designer Adam Jackson took to Twitter to share some crucial information about some of the rare items in the game. Jackson explained that six rare items in the game – Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather – will always drop at 820 item power. He also shared that they can drop from level 85+ enemies and that they're 'really rare'.

Diablo 4 Players Shocked With Upcoming Battle Pass Updates
Jackson isn't exaggerating on this one. Diablo 4 was released on June 6, with early access available from June 1. The items in question are so rare that one of them, the Harlequin Crest, wasn’t found until June 10. Diablo 4, is being dubbed Blizzard's fastest-selling game ever and has earned more than $666 million in sales in its first five days.
But despite the rave reviews, new Diablo players were shocked to discover that to participate in seasonal content and make the most of the upcoming battle passes, their need to let go of their existing character since they won't be able to experience the new content. To actually use the battle pass which is scheduled to launch in mid-to-late July, along with other seasonal content, players must start from scratch with a brand new character. Blizzard's general manager of Diablo, Rod Fergusson, confirmed on Twitter, "To take part in the seasonal questline, mechanics, season journey and battle pass, you will need to create a new seasonal character". He also shared that players only need to complete the Diablo 4 campaign once, and can skip it for more free-form levelling on subsequent characters.
