After their monumental feat of winning the North American Challengers League, Disguised has announced the departure of its League of Legends American roster. This implies the team and players will not be sticking together for the upcoming season. The news harbors a fair share of upsides and downsides.
While such a big organization stepping down from the North American Challengers Circuit will impact the sustainability of the already declining American LoL ecosystem, it also means the players will have an opportunity to showcase their talent in the League of Legends Championship Series.

Disguised Parts Ways With League Of Legends Roster
Esports organizations owned by content creators have seen a breakthrough this year and Disguised is one such organization. After not producing decent results in Valorant, the organization found major success with its LoL Challengers roster. However, despite their success after winning NACL, Disguised let go of the roster. According to Toast, this move was a calculated one as he wanted the players to be available to play in the LCS after winning Challengers. Although not all see it as a sound move, fans are still rooting for the players and their future in the game.
In his recent interview with Dexerto, Toast spoke about how hard it is to operate a LoL team competing at the Tier 2 level. The Challengers system remains a great source of talent, strengthening the tier 1 teams looking for new blood. As a result, Toast and the team wanted the players to be able to reach their goals and not just be happy competing at the Challengers level, which ultimately led to this decision. As of now its not known if the team will compete together or split into different orgs.
