In its latest announcement, Sony has confirmed that Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will be coming to the PlayStation 5 on October 6. The game bundle features all the base game content, and post-launch updates along with the recently launched DLC for Horizon West – Burning Shores.
Besides the PS5 launch, Sony has also confirmed the game will be coming to PC devices within the first half of 2024. Previously, Dealabs leaker “bilibili-kun” leaked the game’s PC update, giving hints about the PC port version. The community is not surprised by the update as the original game was one of the very few PlayStation flagships to arrive on PC devices.

Horizon Forbidden West PC Release Date Announced: Arrives On PS5 October 6
According to the announcement, the game will be coming to PlayStation 5 on October 6, followed by a PC launch in the first half of 2024. The price of the game is approximately 59.99 USD. The bundle will feature the base game, the Burning Shares DLC, digital artbook, soundtrack, and in-game armor sets (which were previously only exclusive to the Digital Deluxe Edition).
PlayStation has made an active push towards the PC platform, resulting in massive first-party titles making their way over to the platform in the past few years. This included the original Horizon Zero Dawn, which was received with widespread acclaim from fans and critics. In the months to come, it stands to reason that PlayStation might be looking to port some of their big first-party titles, most notably, "Bloodborne". For years, the internet has been brewing with rumours of a Bloodborne port in the works, but so far, there has not been much in the way of information from Sony. Fans eagerly await the next big first-party title to make its way to the platform, with a massive community eagerly awaiting a Bloodborne port.
