Lenovo has announced the launch of a new tablet for consumers looking to buy a big-screen Android-powered device for listening to music and watching movies and TV series.
Named Lenovo Tab Plus, the latest tablet for the company comes with eight JBL-tuned speakers and has an 11-inch 90Hz LCD screen with 2K resolution and 400 nits brightness.
Powered by the Dimensity Helio G99 chipset, the tablet comes with four-matrix tweeters and four force-balanced woofers that output 26W stereo sound. Besides, Lenovo states that users can also use the device as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. Users also get a personalized app volume control that can dynamically adjust the audio for the apps of their choice.

Lenovo Tab Plus Specifications
The Lenovo Tab Plus also comes with an integrated kickstand with up to 175 degrees of viewing flexibility, which eliminates the need to separately carry stands for tablets. Unlike other tablets in the market, most of which are flat, it has an unusual design with the bottom part being thicker than the top half because of the integrated tweeters. While the top half measures 7.77mm thick, the width increases to 13.58mm at the bottom.
The tablet is IP52-rated and packs 8GB RAM and 256GB that can be further expanded through a microSD card and has an 8600mAh battery that can be charged at 45W. It also features an 8MP auto-focus rear camera and another 8MP sensor on the front for video calls.
The Android tablet runs on Android 14 out-of-the-box with the company promising two OS updates alongside four years of security patches. The tablet comes at a price of Rs 22,999 in India and can be bought from Lenovo.com, Lenovo Exclusive Stores, e-commerce websites, and offline retail stores.

Lenovo Legion Go Handheld With Ryzen Z1 Extreme Launched
Lenovo Legion Go has been launched in India as the company’s first handheld gaming console that runs on Windows. The device is powered by an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme Processor, backed by 16GB of RAM. It packs an 8.8-inch IPS touchscreen display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Besides, it has a 49.2Wh battery with Super Rapid Charge support.
The Legion Go comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and has up to 1TB of SSD storage and a MicroSD card reader. In India, the device is priced at Rs. 89,990 and will be available for purchase in a single Shadow Black colorway through Flipkart, the Lenovo website, and select Lenovo-exclusive stores starting July 1.
Lenovo has also announced that the handheld will come with a one-year accidental damage protection plan and customers will also get a screen protector for the Legion Go for free.
