Bethesda Softworks has officially revealed Marvel's Blade at The Game Awards 2023. The title is still in works by Arkane Lyon, the same studio responsible for the Dishonored franchise, Deathloop, and Prey. Marvel's Blade will be an upcoming mature, single-player, third-person title that will let players fill the shoes of the legendary Daywalker, Blade from the Marvel comics.
Blade has been a popular character within the universe as the Daywalker vigilante gifted with Vampire and superhuman powers often has teamed up with many Marvel heroes. Fast forward to 2023, the comic book hero is finally receiving his own game as announced at the Game Awards.

Marvel's Blade Announced at The Game Awards 2023 by Arkane
Arkane Lyon, the studio behind popular titles like Dishonored and Deathloop, has recently begun development on Marvel's Blade. According to the developers and Marvel, the title will feature an original story about the character and bring forth the Studio's signature immersive gameplay and narrative.
Judging from the statement, Marvel's Blade will possibly focus on the signature stealth style that Arkane brings to the table alongside a fascinating tale for one to enjoy. In the trailer, Blade is seen getting a shave at a salon when he is interrupted by unseen attackers. The trailer does not dive into the gameplay or narrative as of yet. However, one can expect more trailers and information from Arcane in the near future.
Arkane Lyon and Marvel did not disclose a release date for Blade at The Game Awards. The trailer did not contain in-engine footage either. Moreover, the platforms on launch and more necessary details are also yet to be known. Arkane has always been known for bringing unique visuals and masterful narratives to fans. With Blade, the studio has the potential to deliver a lot more.
