After ten months of announcing the Marvel superhero game Iron Man, a job listing at Motive Studios revealed more insights about the game. According to the listing, Motive Studios is looking for a “Senior Technical Artist” who can work on “an open-world action-adventure AAA title”. The job description mentioned that Motive is working on an “original Iron Man action-adventure game” and a new Battlefield game.
In July 2023, Electronic Arts announced the development of their upcoming Marvel superhero titles, Iron Man and Black Panther. EA revealed that EA joined hands with Motive Studios to create Marvel’s Iron Man, whereas Chillhanger Games will work with EA to develop Black Panther.

Motive Studios To Create A Single-Player And Open-World Iron Man Game Followed By A Plausible Battlefield Title
Electronic Arts partnered with Marvel Entertainment to create three Marvel titles, including Iron Man and Black Panther. EA and Marvel have yet to share details about the third title of their partnership. Later, EA revealed that Motive Studios will work on developing the Iron Man title, which is going to be a single-player, open-world title.
The job description revealing the details about Iron Man states:
Currently, we're (EA) working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man™ action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield™.
Continuing to the description, EA mentioned that Motive Studios is looking for a Senior Technical Artist. The description read:
Motive Studios is looking for a Senior Technical Artist to help oversee the rendering related aspects of an open world action adventure AAA title.
The details of the job description hint at a potential open-world Iron Man game. While EA hasn’t confirmed, fans can expect Iron Man to be available across PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The listing also says that the developers are also working on the upcoming iteration of Battlefield.
