MSI, known for its laptops and PC peripherals has launched the Crosshair 16 HX Monster Edition gaming laptop for its Indian consumers. The laptop has been developed in collaboration with Capcom, a gaming studio known for titles such as Resident Evil.
The Crosshair 16 HX Monster Hunter Edition comes with an engraving of Rathalos, the King of the Skies on the cover, and a unique dragon totem on the touchpad. The laptop is powered by the Intel Core i7 14700HX processor and paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. It runs on Windows 11 Home out-of-the-box and packs two DDR5 slows that support up to 96GB RAM.
Speaking about the connectivity, the new laptop comes with a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A port, one HDMI 2.1 port, one Audio Combo jack, and an RJ45 ethernet connector.

MSI Crosshair 16 HX Monster Hunter Edition Specs
The Crosshair 16 HX Monster Hunter Edition sports a 16-inch QHD IPS display with a refresh rate of 240Hz and packs two 2W speakers. It is backed by a 90Whr 4-cell Li-Polymer battery, weighing 2.5kg. Similar to other laptops from MSI, users will get an RGB keyboard with customizable lighting. The MSI Crosshair 16 HX Monster Hunter Edition will be selling at a starting price of Rs 1,67,990 at MSI brand stores, and authorised MSI retailers and e-commerce platforms.
Besides, MSI’s first gaming handheld, Claw, has also received a huge price drop. Previously, the device was launched for Rs 88,990, the base variant of the gaming handheld powered by the Intel Ultra Core 5 chipset can now be purchased for Rs 68,990 at authorized MSI Stores and Rs 78,990 from e-commerce websites and authorized retailers.
Launched earlier this year, the MSI Claw comes with a 7-inch 120Hz LCD screen with 500 nits brightness. It comes with an Xbox-style layout and has tactile buttons and Hall Effect triggers.

Gigabyte Launches AI-Backed Gaming Laptops In India
Gigabyte has announced the launch of the Aorus 16X and the G6X series of gaming laptops in India. These laptops come with Microsoft CoPilot and the company’s AI Nexus technology which helps with AI tasks and gen AI apps. The Aorus 16X laptops come with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision support. They have 16-inch displays and offer Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.
The company confirmed in a press note that the pricing of the Gigabyte Aorus 16X and the G6X gaming laptops in India would fall between Rs. 96,999 and Rs. 1,89,999. The exact pricing of the models is yet to be announced. The laptops will be available for buying in India starting in July through online and offline retail stores.
The Gigabyte Aorus 16X ASG and Aorus 16X AKG models come in two color options - Aurora Gray and Midnight Gray. Besides, the Gigabyte G6X 9KG and G6X 9MG come in a single Gunmetal Gray shade.
