The leading Indian gaming and esports media company has shown its prowess in emerging markets as it signs the definitive agreement to acquire complete ownership of Ninja Global FZCO. The acquired company has been eyed for a long time by NODWIN, as the latter is known for having assets in esports and the gaming production market across Turkey and the Middle East. The acquisition is said to enhance the company's existing capabilities and offer solutions to publishers as well as brands in the Middle East and Turkey regions.

NODWIN Acquires Middle East-Based Company For Material and Assets
Nazara's recent acquisition of Ninja comes with acquiring Games Marketing Services company, PublishMe in October. According to the Indian-based company, this action solidifies its presence in the rapidly expanding Middle East and Turkish Markets. NODWIN Gaming has also added multi-language skills in making NODWIN a cost-competitive global delivery and production platform across the gaming and esports industry. It also makes the company capable of delivering top-tier experience across all the company's extended regions, including Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Turkey, Europe, and the United States.
According to Nazara's recent statements, the mobile games market is seeing rapid growth across multiplayer and strategy games, driven by the tech-savvy youth population, especially in the Central Asian market.
