Nodwin Gaming has taken another step in backing gaming and esports across the world as they have announced an investment of Euro 8 million in Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH. The company is a marketing company for gaming and esports. With a total investment of 8 million Euros, Nodwin Gaming now has a 13.51% stake in the company with an option to acquire majority stakes in the company by exchanging shares with the Freaks 4U Gaming investors and founders.

This strategic partnership has the goal of both teams utilizing each other's expertise in the PC and mobile esports market along various geographical locations. Niels Wolter from Freaks 4U Gaming will be helping Nodwin with strategy, operations and integration so that a synergy between the two units is maintained. Nodwin Gaming had initially invested 3.6 million euros in the company and then they announced an additional investment of 4.4 million Euros to strengthen this partnership.
