Comic-Con Bengaluru has begun with The Arena by The Esports Club kickstarting the esports events. The Valorant LAN features the top four teams from the online qualifiers and has commenced with Reckoning Esports and True Rippers battling it out in a best-of-one match to qualify for the first spot in the upper-bracket semi-finals. The next match will be taking place between Medal Esports and Grayfox Esports.

The Arena at Comic Con Bengaluru Match 1 Recap
The Arena Championship at Comic-Con Bengaluru is hosting a Valorant LAN with the top four teams from online qualifiers battling it out on stage for a prize pool of INR 3 Lakh. The top four teams, namely, Medal Esports, True Rippers, Reckoning Esports, and Grayfox Esports are playing at the event in a double-elimination format. The prize distribution for the Valorant event is as follows:
- 1st Position: INR 1.5 Lakh
- 2nd Position: INR 1 Lakh
- 3rd Position: INR 50K
In the premiere match of the tournament, True Rippers and Reckoning Esports faced each other in a best-of-one match on the map of Haven. Reckoning started off by winning the pistol and anti-eco round. True Rippers equalized the score at 2-2 and took the lead at 3-2 with Techno's triple kill. They managed to keep the lead at 5-2, but by the end of the first half, Reckoning Esports managed to equalize the score at 6-6. True Rippers won the second pistol and took the lead at 8-6, winning the anti-eco round as well. Even though they maintained their lead up till 10-8, Reckoning broke their momentum and closed out the map at 13-11, snatching away the victory from True Rippers. Even though True Rippers lost, D1srupt was the match MVP with 21 kills and an ACS of 269.
Match 2 will be resuming on The Esports Club YouTube Channel soon between Medal Esports and Grayfox Esports. The defeated team will meet True Rippers in a best-of-three matchup in the third match of the day to determine who will move forward and who will get eliminated from the tournament.
