A Detailed Overlook at The New Revenant Esports Brawl Stars Roster
Sergeant Clash is undoubtedly the most decorated Indian Brawl Stars esports player. The 19-year-old has been competing actively since 2020, making him an experienced veteran despite his young age. Over the years, he has won numerous Monthly Finals in the Brawl Stars Championship, but his most notable achievements came in 2023 with Revenant.
Revenant Esports’ Brawl Stars roster for 2024 is as follows:
- Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Singh
- Takuya “Menmi” Kitano
- Kenji “Ken-G” Oda
- Karthikk "Kizuki" Adithiyha S: Analyst
Throughout 2023, Revenant Esports placed first in four of the six Monthly Finals for the Brawl Stars Championship, securing a slot at the World Finals LCQ in Katowice, Poland. After another impressive win here, the team made it to the prestigious 2023 World Finals, competing against the best of the world for a share of the $750,000 prize pool. However, the team could only manage a fifth to eighth-place finish.
Commenting on the new team Sergeant Clash stated the following to Gossip.gg,
“After an immensely successful 2023 season where we conquered the India region and even made it to the World Finals in Sweden, we are now aiming even higher. With our revamped lineup featuring the talented Menmi and Ken-G, I am confident that we have what it takes to make it to the Brawl Stars World Finals once again despite the tougher format which has decreased the overall number of slots. For now, we are working on increasing our communication and synergy as the 2024 Brawl Stars Championship kicks off.”
Sergeant Clash will be paired with Ken-G and Menmi, two Japanese players who have also been actively competing since 2021. Ken-G has some notable achievements, being a part of the ZETA DIVISION ONE roster previously, where he won the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational and finished second in the World Finals in the same year. Menmi, on the other hand, is a two-time winner of the East Asia Monthly Finals in 2023, previously playing for REJECT, one of the biggest esports orgs from Japan.
Furthermore, Kizuki is set to be the team’s analyst, having previously offered his services to some of the most notable names in competitive Brawl Stars esports including SK Gaming and Aphelion Esports.
Rohit Jagasia, the Founder and CEO of Revenant Esports, stated the following when asked about his new team by Gossip.gg:
“For the 2024 esports season, Supercell has made some changes to the Brawl Stars ecosystem by merging the India region with the larger APAC region. As a result, it was imperative for us to scout talent from the entire region and we landed on Ken-G and Menmi, who along with Sergeant Clash perfectly complement each other. Both players are from Japan, and having competed in the East Asia region, which continues to be one of the toughest in Brawl Stars esports, bring a wealth of crucial experience which will help this team reach new heights.”
The Revenant Esports Brawl Stars roster will begin its journey in the 2024 Brawl Stars Championship this month with the APAC Monthly Qualifier. They will be competing throughout the year to make it to the 2024 World Finals, which will have a prize pool of up to $2 million.
