Samsung’s Unpacked event is slated to happen next month, and there are rumors that a range of devices will be launched. One persistent wearable-related claim is that Samsung will launch a Galaxy Watch Ultra variant during the event, and it seems the company might have accidentally confirmed the name as well.

Did Samsung Confirm Galaxy Watch Ultra Moniker
Samsung might have pulled these pages from the web, but users can still use Google Search to view the company’s mention of the “Galaxy Watch Ultra” name and other details. The news comes a few weeks after regulatory bodies listed a Galaxy Watch Ultra too. But now Samsung itself has confirmed, albeit accidentally.
Leaked Galaxy Watch Ultra renders have hinted that the watch will have a curious dial shape, along with a mysterious third button. It’s said that the new watch could come at a price of $699 to $710, undercutting Ultra watches from the likes of Huawei and Apple.

Samsung To Take On Apple With Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra
Samsung’s second Unpacked event of the year is expected to happen in July, with lots of devices tipped to break cover. It seems like the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra will be revealed on the day. Now, tipster Paras Guglani (via 91mobiles), the prices and color options for the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch 7 Ultra models have been revealed. Starting with the vanilla watch, it’s expected that the Galaxy Watch 7 will retail for $299 to $310.
A $299 price tag would be in line with the 40mm Galaxy Watch 6. The new smartwatch is said to be available in Marble Gray, Cream White, and Forrest Green color options. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra 47mm model will come for a price of $699 to $710. When compared to the Apple Watch Ultra, which sells for $799 while the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate has a £699 (~$886) price tag. The Samsung smartwatch is also expected to be sold in a Titanium Gray color scheme.
It seems like it will be business as usual for the Watch 7 when speaking of the pricing. But the Ultra model’s inflated price hints that Samsung could challenge its rivals. We request our readers to take this information with a grain of salt as the launch event is still a few weeks away.
