Skyesports League is one of the unique IPs that Skyesports has offered in the Indian esports scene. Skyesports is back to host the BGMI iteration of Skyesports League 2024, where BGMI teams represent different cities from India and compete in the tournament for the city's pride. Shiva Nandy, CEO and Founder of Skyesports, has been teasing the event on his social media and asking fans to guess which team will represent which city.
Previously, Skyesports League featured games like Valorant in 2021 and Pokemon Unite in 2023. Skyesports League 2022 was going to feature BGMI for the first time but got canceled after the game was banned. With BGMI making a comeback, Skyesports League 2024 will invite teams to participate and represent their respective cities.

Skyesports League 2024 To Feature BGMI Teams Representing Different Indian Cities In Mumbai
Unlike the previous iterations, Skyesports League 2024 will be a LAN event in Mumbai. While the tournament dates aren't confirmed, Skyesports has shared March 2024 as the event window. Skyesports League 2024 will comprise 16 teams representing 16 cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, and more. Skyesports teased the city Lucknow on their social media, which might be another city in the league.
Skyesports League 2021 featured Valorant with Rajasthan Striker grabbing the lion's share of the Rs. 16,10,000 prize pool. While Skyesports League 2022 planned to host the BGMI iteration of the tournament, the game's ban resulted in them canceling it. In 2023, the Skyesports League 2023 was back with Pokemon Unite and a Rs. 10,00,000 prize pool.
With BGMI being part of Skyesports League 2024, the upcoming iteration of the event is expected to be grand with the tagline "Esports Ka Asli League." Skyesports will likely host the tournament in Mumbai in March 2024 with 16 cities fighting for the championship title. Skyesports will reveal the BGMI teams, the 16 cities, and the tournament's prize pool soon.
