Team iQOO Soul's star player, Spower has taken an exit from the team just months after being signed with the whole roster, coach and analyst. Team Soul's official Instagram handle posted a story on July 12 and informed their audience about the news. This is a big change considering that Battlegrounds Masters Series Season 3 is just around the corner.
After his departure, it is anticipated that Saumay, who was a part of Team Forever will be the latest addition to the team. After BGIS 2024, a lot of teams have announced a change in their roster, but no one anticipated that Team Soul would have also gone through a change.

Spower Departs From Team iQOO Soul After Seven Months
In January 2024, Soul Esports announced the departure of their previous BGMI lineup, which included Akshat, Omega, Hector, Goblin and Neyoo and got ex-Blind Esports' line up. The champion lineup had won BMPS 2023, had a decent run in 2023 and Spower looked extremely promising. However, despite having an above average performance in this competitive cycle, the line up failed to lift any trophies. Even in the 2024 BGIS, they were placed fourth.
With Spower's departure from the team, the team will still have four players, but having one player as a back up is always crucial for teams since many have rules against teams not having a full squad when entering a competitive match.
Soon after Soul Esports announced his departure, Carnival Gaming, an organisation whose current roster includes Akshat, Omega, Hector, Goblin and Neyoo posted about Spower's addition on social media.
With this, the mystery of Spower's new team has also been solved. The lineup will be seen playing in BGMS Season 3 and will be on the quest to lift the championship trophy and the major chunk of their prize pool.
