After the second day, Team Falcons managed to secure only 55 points, resulting in a poor position in the points table. Team Falcons bounced back on the final day of the Knockout Stages to secure 133 points, the highest by any team on a single day, helping them lock in third position in the points table.
After a solid position in the Knockout Stages, Team Falcons couldn’t replicate their domination in the Points Rush, which left them with just one headstart point in the Grand Finals. Team Falcons showcased an extraordinary performance in the first game of the Grand Finals, as they secured a 28-finish victory, helping them fly to the top with 41 points. The lead from the first game helped Team Falcons to stay on the top for a while. Team Falcons couldn’t hold their top spot for long and needed another victory to jump back. As the championship was slipping from the hands of Team Falcons, they replicated their performance from the first game to secure a 19-kill win, helping them lock the top spot with 106 points.
With 106 points in their name, Team Falcons became the champions of the Free Fire World Cup 2024. Team Falcons won $300,000 of the $1,050,000 prize pool and became the first team to qualify for the Free Fire World Series - Global Finals 2024. Alongside the prize money and a direct ticket to Global Finals 2024, Team Falcons secured 1,000 EWC Club Championship. Points Buriram United Esports’ Moshi was awarded the MVP title and a cheque of $50,000 for his dominating performance.
