The best-of-three started on the map of Lotus, with Team Secret shifting into aggressive gears from the start. Team Secret won back-to-back eight rounds to assert an 8-0 domination over DFM. While DFM tried to bounce back, they couldn't get more than three rounds, resulting in a 9-3 half. Despite the resistance from DFM, Team Secret managed to secure a 7-5 lead in the first half and continued to build upon it.
